$ 27.00 per person plus tax an 18% service charge and a $100 administrative fee
$400 additional trip charge for catering more than 100 miles,

Best Catered Events will furnish the following for your reception or party:
3 hour unlimited food and bottomless beverages
Linen coverings for your tables to be used for food.. these go to the floor and are available in your choice of black or white
Food Tables will be decorated with collaborative ideas between client and Best Catered Events Representatives
All chafing dishes and serving pieces needed including, trays, etageres, utensils etc. to complete menu and look
Paper napkins, disposable plates, forks, clear cups for drinks etc.
"Takeaway" Honeymoon Bag for Bride and Groom..everything will be disposable
1 bottle of champagne - or non alcoholic beverage is included om "Takeaway" Honeymoon Bag for your later enjoyment
Cake cutting service......we cut the cakes for you and wrap leftover cake
(If boxes are provided by your baker or we will wrap in clear plastic wrap for you)
All leftover food ordered will go home with client's representative. Best Catered Events does not serve leftover food!
Experienced, well trained staff will assist in maintaining food tables and clearing tables during and after event.

An accurate guest count is always important in planning a special event. No one wants to pay for guests that "don't show", however, it does occasionally happen. Emergencies, weather, car trouble, mood swings, fussy babies, all of these things determine how we feel at any particular moment.
Often times the best intentions fall by the wayside...sometimes, we simply lose track of time and things"slip our mind".
That being said, don't underestimate, as that is an added burden during the last hour of your event when we notify you that you are over in your guest count and additional funds will be needed to fullfill your contract.
With Best Catered Events your pricing is based upon the initial guest number you decide to use when you enter into your contract agreement.
You will always be able to increase the number of guests for an event, even up to a week prior, however, due to ordering, scheduling and planning deadlines, you will not be able to decrease the contracted number of guests once the contract has been signed and entered into.
Take time during your planning sessions to determine a number you feel would represent accurately the response your friends and family will have to your invitation.
At Best Catered Events we have a non-refundable deposit policy. In extenuating circumstances every effort will be made to replace a cancelled event and if we can rebook for the same date and time and guest count, we will work with you.

Complimentary use of our cake knives and server
Toasting Flutes for bride and groom and wedding party
Certain "stations" will require specialty high end disposables to obtain the look........
for example: Martini Salad Bar....will require disposable martini glasses and possibly a 4" specialty fork....the cost of these items will be placed on your quote sheet and you may choose to forego the charges and just use normal stock disposables that we provide. The option is always yours.
With Best Catered Events....There are no hidden surprises!
Some venues charge an additional fee for caterers...it is the client's responsiblity to arrange to pay this fee since this fee is NOT included in our per person charges, therefore it is added as a line item on your quote and invoice.
Designated -wedding party only server- must be prearranged and is $100 additional.
We can furnish licensed bartenders for your next event and have resources for referrals on linens, tables, chairs, tents. cakes.....anything you need to make your event memorable
25% down, including tax upon booking
50% of total price due no later than 90 days prior to event
final 25% due no later than 30 days prior to event.
